I’m Greg Satori and I am the president of Satoris Auto Service. I was born and raised in Manitowoc County and now
reside in Manitowoc with my wife Helen. We have four children; Holly, Ben, Krista, and Sam. I have been in the automotive
repair business professionally since 1982. I’m a LTC graduate with an Automotive Service Technician degree. I have worked
for new car dealerships for 10 years and another independent repair shop for 4 years before opening Satoris Auto Service
in 1997. I’m an ASE master certified automotive technician and hold an advanced engine performance certification. Even though
I have a business to run, I still love to work on vehicles and take care of people’s needs. I’m a faith filled person and enjoy

Hi, I am Helen Satori. I was born and raised on a family farm in Manitowoc County, and now reside in Manitowoc with my husband
Greg and our four children, Holly, Benjamin, Krista and Samuel. I graduated from St. Mary’s Clark’s Mills Grade School and Valders High
School. After graduation, I attended Lakeshore Technical Institute’s Optometric Assistant Program. Upon graduation, I started my career
with The Eye Clinic of Manitowoc as an Ophthalmic Medical Assistant. When our family began to grow, I decided to be a stay at home mom,
because the responsibility of raising, educating, and teaching good morals and values to our children are very important to me. In 1997,
when most of our children were in school full-time, Greg and I decided to start our own business, Satori’s Auto Service. My position here
is Office Manager. Coming to our business you will experience a clean and inviting shop, friendly and knowledgeable customer service, quality
automotive repair and people you can trust. We always strive to do our best. When I’m not at work, I enjoy attending my children’s academic/athletic events,
gardening, reading and cooking/baking.

Hi, my name is Ben Satori and I am the Marketing/Business Manager at Satori’s Auto Service. Also, as we
became a Hertz retail rental location, I have become the primary contact for our customers who choose to utilize
Hertz. I was born and raised in Manitowoc by my parents Greg and Helen Satori and I have 3 siblings, Holly, Krista, and Sam.
I graduated from Lincoln High School in 2008 and chose to go onto school at St. Norbert College in De Pere. At St. Norbert I
graduated with a double major in History and Philosophy because my original intent was to be a lawyer. I decided that
the political mindset was not my cup of tea so I chose to look for something that I found more interesting. I then took a winter Photoshop class and loved it, and because of my outstanding
work I became the Marketing Manager at Satori’s. To become better qualified for my position, I am continuing my schooling at Lakeshore Technical College to obtain a Graphic and Web Design degree. I am a computer nerd at heart and when I am not working
I enjoy gaming it up or finding something fun to do on my custom built computer. I also love airsofting and hanging out with my friends.

Hi I’m Keith Kocourek. I was born and raised in a rural part of Manitowoc County and spent my youth outside tinkering with all things mechanical
and science related. I’ve worked at Satori’s Auto Service since 2001 and have been in the automobile repair business professionally since 1998. I have a
degree in Automotive Technology from Fox Valley Technical College, hold an ASE certification for Service Advising and Parts, and am accredited by the
Automotive Management Institute. During free time, my wife and I consider ourselves “Adventurers”…traveling, ATV expeditions, camping, motorcycling, fishing,
and just about anything outdoors. Plus continued tinkering and re-engineering of anything I get my hands on!

Hi, I’m Brody Beyer. I’ve lived in Manitowoc County my entire life and currently reside in Two Rivers with my son, Colt.
I have been an automotive service advisor since 2004 and enjoy what I do. I am an ASE certified Service Consultant and Automotive
Parts Specialist. I believe in taking care of people with honesty and integrity, which is why I work here. Away from work, I enjoy spending
time with my son fishing, camping, biking, snowmobiling and flying. I earned an associate’s degree in Police Science from Lakeshore Technical
College and also became a certified Emergency Medical Technician. I am also a licensed private pilot. Thank you for reading my Bio.

Hi, I am Tim Kolbeck. I have lived in Manitowoc almost my whole life. I graduated from Lakeshore Technical
College with honors. I then became an ASE Master Automotive Technician. I have always had a strong interest in vehicles
and how they work. When they don’t work as designed, I like the challenge of figuring out what is wrong. I have always taken a
lot of pride in the quality of my work and that is why I am employed with Satoris Auto Service. Thanks for taking the time to view my bio.

Hi, I am Tim Steffen and I am the Manager of the Auto Body And Collision Repair Center at Satoris Auto Service.
I live in St. Nazianz with my wife Rita. I was introduced to auto body work from Greg Satori’s dad back in the 1970’s.
I continued the interest after high school and in 1979 went to work at a collision center for a GM dealership as a technician
and worked my way up to assistand body shop manager. In my spare time I enjoy singing with a local barbershop chorus called the
Clipper City Chordsmen and I have been in a local band for the past 5 years.

Hi, my name is Rick Barbier and I am an Auto Body Technician here at Satoris Auto Service. I am married to Marcia
since 1979 and have 5 grown children. I have been a resident of Manitowoc all my life and in fact began working in Auto Body
at the ripe old age of 16, washing cars for my dad at Barbier Auto Body. I joined the military at age18 where I spent time welding
and repairing tanks and armored vehicles. After military service I continued working for my dad for 20 years. After my dad sold the
business, I worked for a local Chrysler Dealership for 10 years. I have had the opportunity to work with many skilled professionals.
Always wanting to learn and grow as a professional, I have gleaned much knowledge and wisdom. I believe my experience and willingness
to learn has made me a quality craftsman in my field.

My name is Kegan Smith and I am 22 years old. I graduated high school in South Carolina in 2007. I graduated from the
Auto Collision Repair program in 2010 and am finishing up on my last year in the Auto Maintenance Repair program at Lakeshore
Technical college. I am currently working on my I-Car Platinum Technician Certification and will be getting ASE Certified in
the next few months. I have only recently began working at Satori's Auto Service. In my free time I like to hang out with
friends and family or working out in my garage on small projects and the restoration of my 1988 Toyota Pickup. I am also
co-captian of my pool league team. I appreciate the time you took to read my bio.
